Property blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying various parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the current investigative disclosure.
